How weekly cashback is calculated
At the end of each calendar week, xx999 albums calculates your net loss by subtracting your total winnings from your total losses for that week. Your VIP tier's cashback percentage is then applied to that net loss.
Cashback is added directly to your account. Go to the wallet page to check your balance and withdraw at any time.
Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback (the maximum at the Silver tier).

Play responsibly
Cashback is not a reason to play more
The cashback benefit in the xx999 albums VIP program is a reward — not an incentive to increase the amount you play. Stay within your budget and treat cashback as a bonus, not as a way to recover losses.
Remember — cashback requires a loss first. Never place extra bets hoping to earn cashback. This platform is for users aged 21+.
